Our team is one of our main strengths. Made up of specialists in each of the engineering and production fields we operate in, they share the group’s ambition and vision for the future.

The group’s companies are made up of multidisciplinary teams, capable of leading or supporting our customers throughout the different project phases or during the entire life cycle of a product. We strive to understand and adapt to the needs of each of our customers.

Bouwen Grupo is a family business founded in 2010 by two partners, Jordi Cebolla and Bernardo Cebolla. They have been the leaders of the development of the group’s companies and the expansion of both their activities and the sectors for which they offer solutions.

The group’s companies currently employ more than 200 people across nine countries and three continents.

Within the group, we encourage mobility between the different companies and training in the different areas we join. We generate dynamics that allow us to improve our performance through motivation and we look for the best profiles for each of our projects.

In order to respond to the needs of our customers, we also facilitate geographical mobility from our headquarters in Valencia.
